Fitness (sample) (Short)

The Fitness Professional of Tomorrow

Today more than ever there is a need for fitness professionals to create new and unique methods to combat obesity.

The one to one training of yesterday has had many draw backs, both for you as the fitness professional and your client. You would never ask anyone to give up there friends in order to train, unless of course the training is for their career. This along can cause many conflicts of interest for you and your main target group. This is why fad diets and home workout routines have become so popular. After working all day do they go out and have fun with their friends and families or go to the gym?
So, you may be asking yourself; how do I get these people into the gym? Remember that these people are you future goal. The drive and motivation of your potential customers is lacking. People that quit drinking for the most part learn to develop routines, attend meetings with others and this gives them a peer outreach network, they will need, to achieve there personal goals. Soon this creates a domino effect people around see a difference in these people that attend these classes and the whole philosophy of, if he or she can do it so can I is born..........
